With over two decades of experience in traditional counselling, Kelley Oswin left a long-standing position in social services to pursue her coaching career full-time. As a result of merging her experiences in both the coaching industry and traditional therapy, she offers the highest-level guidance to coaches and therapists who wish to have greater insights, results, and success in their work.
Following a profound awakening in 1987, Ernie Pavan began a lifelong journey of self-awareness and self-actualization. A leader in the world of education and training for the past thirty years, Ernie’s passion now lies in training others to be and to facilitate the change they wish to see in the world.
Laura Slinn exited a successful career as a creative director in 2011 after experiencing spontaneous healing of endometriosis and infertility. She was compelled to learn and teach others to transform their lives using the same tools that helped her.
In 2015, Ernie and Laura joined forces to launch Avalon Empowerment. In 2019, Kelley Oswin joined as partner, bringing a wealth of wisdom and thought leadership to the community.
